NAOSS Annual Students Conference Day2: Clean City Hits Akure Market, Other Dump Area In State Capital

As part of programs set for marking her maiden Annual Students' Conference, the leadership of the National Association of Ondo State Students has taken her Clean City initiative to major places in Akure, the capital city of Ondo State on the second-day event of the weeklong program.
The students, who troop out in their numbers, visited the popular Oja Oba market in a bid to keep the environment hygienic for market activities. Other major roads in Akure city were also touched.

Erelu Iyaloja of Akure Kingdom commended the efforts of the leadership of the Association and the Students at large for committing themselves to community service as great ambassadors of Ondo State.
She stated that the tutorial organized for students in secondary schools during holidays is one of the great initiatives of the association.
"The program of the Association which I found more commendable is the tutorial organized for secondary school students, which has tremendously improved brilliance brilliancy among our children"
"I implore parents to keep supporting and praying for members of the association to enable them to deliver more initiatives for the betterment of our society".
She also canvassed support for the ongoing Annual Conference.
While at the Deji of Akure palace, the President of the association, Ibiyemi Mary intimated the monarch about the progress of the association and the initiative of the Annual Students' Conference. The monarch commended the Association and pledged his continual support.
